ID Genomics, Inc. announces the award of a National Institute of Health (NIH) Small Business Technology Transfer Phase II Research grant to develop its clonotyping technology for identifying and tracking drug-resistant bacteria.

This grant awards IDG $2,938,488 until the year 2019, beginning in the first quarter of 2016.  At a time of rampant antibiotic resistance, our products promote the use of appropriate antibiotics, reduce artificial pressures on microbes to develop resistance, and may help to contain the spread of resistant organisms.
