For each service you want performed:

• Indicate the quantity of samples (2)

• Select the service you want performed on your samples (3)

• Specify the species type where needed (4)

• Specify the format of your samples (5)

 

• Save the file

• Click here to send your completed Request for Quotation form to ID Genomics.

• ID Genomics will send you pricing and an Order form with your contact and sample information pre-loaded and ready to submit your order.
